It comprises with a group of dynamic, energetic, and dedicated engineers. SEC is an efficiently managed and well equipped civil engineering consultancy providing professional services and technical assistance. Nepal is a developing country, there are lots of potentialities of development and we are certainly rich in natural resources. There is only lack of highly skilled technical manpower for the rapid development activities of the country like Nepal.
